ATLANTA, GA JANUARY 25, 2023: Peter Bielan, formerly of Kehrer Bielan Research & Consulting, announced today that he is launching his own consulting firm, The Bielan Group.
Drawing on Peter’s extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles, as well industry-leading research from a number of key strategic partners, The Bielan Group will focus on a three-pronged approach to working with wealth managers in financial institutions: thorough discovery and needs analysis, alignment on current challenges and opportunities, and forward-looking action plans to achieve results.
Peter will combine research with future-focused consulting to provide a custom, strategic view into how to drive success for each individual financial institution client. With concentrations in strategic planning and execution, developing internal alignment for competitive gain, as well as hiring, retention, and compensation, Peter will bring his life’s work to bear to provide the best available resources to help firms in the financial institution space improve and grow their business. Denise Tognarina, who has been on Peter’s team, will continue in her valuable role with The Bielan Group.
