The Fractional Leadership Program
Designed for institutions not yet large enough to justify a full-time program leader, this initiative delivers focused, experienced management at a fraction of the cost. Participating firms gain access to seasoned leadership and strategic expertise typically reserved for much larger organizations — offering a powerful alternative to traditional managed or producing manager models.
